Retiring directors Rod Williscroft and Steve Moore created vacancies on the USA board. Prior to their departure, the board voted to increase the number of directors from 12 to 16. The following members were nominated and accepted positions on the USA board: Adam Butcher, Max Boren, Jennifer Webert, Jeff Dar, Mike Labeau and Jon Jay Miskin.
